HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

We had a wonderful experience building our home with Reaves Custom Homes, and we are thrilled with the finished product. From the very beginning, Jay was committed to clear and consistent communication, keeping us informed and making sure we always knew what was happening next. He was also very transparent about costs and kept us on budget, which made the entire process smooth from start to finish. The thing we appreciated most was the commitment to the timeline.. Jay did a great job setting realistic expectations and following through on them. When unexpected things came up, we felt like Jay communicated promptly and worked to keep everything moving forward with a plan that accommodated everyone. Building a home can be an overwhelming process, but the professionalism, responsiveness, and attention to detail from Jay made it an incredibly positive experience. We would highly recommend Reaves Custom Homes to anyone looking for a builder who genuinely cares about his clients and takes pride in delivering a great finished product.
